Uber, AirBnB, they are used in the media as examples of disruptive innovation. But when is innovation disruptive? According to Clayton Christensen the disruption theory is in danger of becoming a victim of its own success. In this article he explains what he really meant when introducing the term, using Uber as an example. 
Outcomes of experiments are easily biased. We always ask startups to determine minimum success criteria beforehand, but still.. Joe explains why this bias exists and how to counter it even more.
